Software that looks inward carries obligations outward.
A reflective AI occupies a position of unusual trust. These are the standing commitments we hold ourselves to — in product decisions, in engineering, and in how the company is run.

Clear boundaries of use
Our systems support self-reflection. They are not medical devices, do not provide psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and are explicit about this in-product. Where a conversation suggests someone may need professional help, the system's role is to say so plainly and point toward qualified support — never to substitute for it.

No dark patterns
We do not use streak mechanics, guilt-based notifications, artificial scarcity, or manipulative defaults. Subscription and cancellation flows are symmetrical: leaving is as easy as joining.

Honest marketing
We describe what our systems do in plain language, without overstating capability. Claims we make publicly are claims our evaluation results support.

Data used for the user, only
Personal reflective content is processed to provide the service to the person it belongs to. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train underlying AI models.

Age-appropriate access
Our services are designed for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process the personal data of anyone under 18, and we remove such data when we learn of it.

Enforceable accountability
We operate under the GDPR and EU consumer protection law. Our obligations to users are enforceable, not aspirational — and we design our products so that meeting them is the default, not an exception.
Raising a concern
If you believe one of our systems has behaved in a way that conflicts with these commitments — or you have a privacy or safety concern of any kind — write to privacy@antipadia.com. Reports are reviewed by a named owner and answered within ten business days.
